SHIPPING

Our main warehouse is located in Winnipeg , MB. Canada . Winnipeg is centrally located and connected to the Trans Canada as well as American Interstate highways. We have access to a variety of modes to ship your order:

Winnipeg
Shipping and handling is included on all orders of $400.00 or more.

Outside Winnipeg
Shipping is included on orders of $2000.00 or more (CND or USD) up to maximum of $300.00 in shipping charges. Shipping will be shared on discounted orders of $2000.00 or more.

Drop Shipping
This option is available on orders of twenty cases of mixed product or more. Drop ships can reduce shipping time and shipping costs.

ORDERING

Our minimum order is $400.00. We will consider accommodating smaller orders if the customer is willing to cover both handling charges and shipping.

PAYMENTS

New Customers: We ask new customers to pay for their purchases in advance. Some exceptions may be considered. Payments can be made by cheque sent express or by credit card.

Purchase Orders: Academic institutions, government departments or very large businesses are asked to provide a purchase order before we process the order.

Terms: Regular customers and customers who issue a purchase order are required to pay their invoices within fifteen days. Interest charges will be applied for customers who expect us to finance their purchases with terms beyond fifteen days.

Regular customers:

Customers with regular orders (monthly or every 6 weeks) and average spending levels of $12 000/yr, will be automatically placed on our discount program after six months of ordering. Shipping may or may not be included.

Large Bulk orders:

Customers ordering 18 cases of the same item will receive discounts on quantities ordered at high volumes. (Shipping may or may not be included with your order.)

Distributors:

Orders of 200 cases or more will receive distributor pricing. Shipping is always included on such orders.

Orders of 100 cases will receive discounted pricing for items purchased in quantities of 18 cases or more. Shipping is FOB Winnipeg . Drop shipping can be arranged and may save shipping costs.
